    A native of Brooklyn, NY, Natasha Campbell has dedicated her professional life to pursuing her calling to serve people in the social sector. Natasha worked with Leadership, Education, & Athletics in Partnership (LEAP), a program serving young people in Hartford, Connecticut housing developments. While working with LEAP, she progressed from the position of Counselor, to Site Assistant, to Junior Counselor Resource & Advisory (JCRA) Coordinator and finally Site Coordinator. Upon relocating to New York after college, Natasha began intensive work at the Police Athletic League, with a majority of her time being spent at the Miccio Center in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Through her work at the Miccio Center, Natasha was able to positively impact the lives of many young people by giving them structure, support and inspiration. Ms. Campbell oversaw the inception of a DOE New Beginnings Alternative. School site for 60 students from Lafayette High School, managing six teachers, three case managers, and working with the Assistant Principal and Guidance Counselor, and had completed a Fellowship in Building Excellent Schools, nationally recognized for its rigorous, year-long training program in charter school management. The Fellowship included 600+ hours of intense training lead by respected educational leaders and visited to 30+ top urban charter schools and a residency in a high-performing urban charter school. Ms. Campbell holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford, majoring in Biology and dual Master’s of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, with a concentration in Management and Healthcare Administration.

    Natasha is completing a Doctorate in Education with a concentration in curriculum and instruction at Capella University.
